Silvestri Vineyards is a family-owned estate winery located in Carmel Valley, California, featuring estate-grown, produced and bottled wines. The winery invites visitors to their beautifully appointed tasting room in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea to experience their Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris varietals. Their winemaking practices employ traditional methods such as French oak barrel fermentation and small open-topped fermentors to express terroir.
