Chris and Shawna built Stonewise around craft meadery and cidery in Pahrump, Nevada. Over 250 unique recipes flow from their program, ranging from light drafts under 7% ABV to higher-proof limited releases. Battle Born pairs desert wildflower and California orange blossom honeys into an off-dry hydromel at 6.4%. Pineapple Express blends wildflower honey with pineapples at 6.7%. Li'l Margaret layers wildflower honey, blue agave nectar, limes, and oranges into a sweet melomel, also 6.7%. Black Betty sits at 5.2%. The cider program includes 3.14 (Apple Pi). The taproom at 421 S Frontage Rd opens Wednesday through Friday 4pm to 8pm, Saturday 3pm to 7pm. Visitors under 21 are welcome with a parent or guardian, with games, a kids' area, snacks, and non-alcoholic options. Bring your own food or order takeout from local spots.
