About Stefanshof GmbH
Stefanshof GmbH has been making wine in Mönchhof since 1890. Stefan Haller now leads the program, developing a fermentation technique inspired by American Wholeberry-Fermentation methods. The portfolio spans Sauvignon Blanc, Muskateller, and red blends, alongside Nikstiv, an alcohol-free verjus-based beverage. Recent releases include Blütenmuskateller 2025, which won AWC Gold 2026, Sauvignon Blanc 2025, which won BGLD Landessieger 2026, and Kostbar – Meditationswein Rotweincuvée 2020, which won BGLD Gold 2023.
