The program balances Eastern European vinifera and American Hybrid wines, with Grüner Veltliner and Saperavi anchoring the portfolio. Tasting happens in an open air pavilion. Wine club members commit to one year and receive twelve bottles annually, with options for twice-yearly delivery of six bottles or quarterly pickup of three bottles, plus ten percent bottle discount, twenty percent case discount, and fifteen percent merchandise discount.
