South Dominion Vineyard planted 1300 Franco-American cold-hardy hybrid vines across Washington County in Cambridge, New York, establishing the vineyard in 2016. The program produces several white and red wines, all New York State Grown & Certified. The tasting room features a loft lounge with an extensive vinyl library, where local cheeses and charcuterie accompany the pour. A restored 1766 log cabin on the property accommodates overnight stays for up to six guests.
