The program centers on minimalist, terroir-driven wines made from small lots of esoteric varietals, sourced from vineyards across the Rogue Valley and beyond. The house operates La Matriarca, an estate vineyard. The tasting room welcomes dogs. The Deep Search Program offers three membership tiers. Apollo members receive one fully customizable case shipment four times yearly.
