Sonoma Bespoke Beverages operates Steelbird Bottling, a custom wine bottling facility in Napa Valley. The 750ml line bottles 160 bottles per minute, capable of processing 12,500 cases daily. A separate 187ml line and 3 liter bag-in-box production are available. The operation can handle over 2 million cases annually. Cross-flow filtration technology reduces wine loss by 90 percent. Cork and screw cap closures and pressure sensitive labeling are offered. The facility holds CCOF, HACCP, and ISO 9001-2015 certifications.
