About Shamrock Vineyard
The original vineyard was planted in 1971 by Dr. Thomas N. Quilter and his wife Mary. Shamrock Vineyard itself was founded in 1984, now stewarded by Thomas Van S. Creasap, their grandson. Edelweiss, Niagara, and Cayuga blend into Windfall White. Vidal arrives German style, fruity and slightly sweet. Buckeye Red, a traditional eastern American wine, chills for cookouts and pizza. The house hosts Twilight Dinner series events with wine tasting, a bottle of Shamrock wine per couple, catered dinner, and live music. Open for tastings Friday and Saturday, 1pm to 6pm.
