Schmid tends approximately 6 hectares across Ollersdorf and Ebenthal, in the Weinviertel. The vineyards are planted on shallow loess soils. The house works in single varietals and cuvées alike. Tastings and presentations happen in the Kellerstüberl in Ebenthal. Since June 2021, a wine vending machine on Tallesbrunn's Hauptstraße has offered direct access to the portfolio, operating cashless with card payments only. Schmid is a member of Marchweingärtner and südliche Weinstraße.
