About Schatz
Schatz began in 1927, built by a forester in Heimschuh. Today Andrea Schatz tends two hectares on a steep south-southwest slope in Südsteiermark, working alongside her sons Gian Carlo and Marco Laurin. The property operates as a Buschenschank, a wine tavern. Four guest rooms sit on the land. The work earned the Goldene Bratpfanne in autumn 2019.
