Schaeffer-Woerly, in Dambach-la-Ville, works across Alsace's classical palette. Sylvaner, Auxerrois, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Noir form the core. The house also produces Crémant d'Alsace in three styles, Brut, Rosé, and Extra Brut. Among the portfolio's anchors are the Grand Cru expressions from Frankstein, both Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris. The Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes, grown in sablo-granitique terroir, emerges as a sweet wine within the AOC Alsace appellation. Riesling Clos du Bernstein rounds the program.
