SCALI Wines is a family-run winery on the southeastern slopes of Paardeberg, halfway between Paarl and Malmesbury, created by husband and wife team Willie and Tania de Waal. The winery produces 8 exclusive wines using organically grown grapes with minimal intervention, continuing a 5-generation vigneron tradition dating back to 1877. All wines are handcrafted and bottled at the cellar with a philosophy of working closely with nature and sustainable practices.
