A passion project born from one man's love affair with a 1966 Bordeaux, Sauska set out to prove Hungary could make world-class dry wines just as compelling as the sweet Tokajis the country's famous for. Their 80-hectare estate in Villány pairs cutting-edge winemaking with some of Hungary's best local talent, producing everything from bold Cabernet Sauvignon to distinctive Kadarka.
