Erika and her husband turned a inherited parcel into SanzonTokaj, a tiny organic winery in Erdőbénye that's been making minimal-intervention wines since 2014. They're serious about Tokaji classics like Aszú and Szamorodni, plus some fun fizzy options, and they welcome you in for tastings, vineyard tours, and a meal.
