Sherah, the winemaker, holds degrees in Viticulture and Enology and shapes the program around Tannat, Souzão, and Sémillon. The portfolio includes estate bottlings like the Papaw Moyer Souzão and Gramps Tannat, alongside the dessert wine El Gato.
