Greg and Carol Rosini established their vineyard on Double D Ranch, a 25-acre property in McClendon-Chisholm, in 2018. The first Blanc du Bois vines went in the ground in March 2019. That inaugural vintage drew on over 19 tons of purchased grapes to shape a portfolio spanning Blanc du Bois, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Malbec, Dolcetto, Aglianico, and Pinot Noir. The tasting room welcomes dogs and serves food alongside wine. The wine club charges no membership fee, asking only a two-release annual commitment, with releases in January, April, July, and October.
