Römerstein is a family-operated winery in Illmitz, in Austria's Neusiedlersee region, with its vinification and aging program based in Kirchberg in Tirol in the Brixental. The Blauer Zweigelt Grande Reserve, vintage 2017, spent three years in Barrique and carries 13.5% alcohol. Columbus Grande Reserve, a Pinot Noir from 2008, aged seven years in Barrique, also at 13.5% alcohol. The Merlot Reserve, vintage 2017, was aged in Barrique at 13% alcohol.
