About Rock Roadhouse
Ten acres on a steep southern slope in the Allegheny Mountains, where Bob Donze tends French-American vines adapted to the mid-Atlantic. Dry farming, no irrigation. Minimal filtering and fining. Minimal sulfites. No chaptalization. The program moves from Roadhouse Sparkling Rosé through the portfolio to Aviator, a fortified wine. Private tastings, hosted by Donze himself, pair the wines with charcuterie, cheese, and fresh bread. Bob and Rhonda, Air Force veterans, built this on steep ground.

Hosted by winemaker Bob Donze, includes a brief introduction to natural winemaking process, tasting of 5 wines starting with Roadhouse Sparkling Rose and ending with Aviator fortified wine, accompanied by charcuterie, cheese and fresh bread. $50 per person.
