About River Saint Joe
River Saint Joe sits on Flatwater Farms in Buchanan, where hops grow for the house program. The work spans farmhouse ales, hop-forward beers, and wild and mixed culture projects, alongside wine, cider, and botanical elixirs. On-the-farm dining and takeout anchor the operation. The kitchen sources farm fresh food from Southwest Michigan and Michiana, open Monday through Sunday with varying hours. Kitchen closes one hour before the taproom each day.
