About the winery
Rising Star Vineyard is located in the picturesque Scotsdale Valley, only 5 minutes from Denmark in Western Australia's Great Southern region. Originally planted in 1989 and purchased in 2005 by Texans Paul and Gwen Hyatt, this boutique vineyard benefits from the region's rich soils and ideal cool climate for slow ripening and full fruit flavor development.
