Raptor Ridge was founded in 1995 in Newberg, in the Laurelwood District of the Chehalem Mountains AVA. The estate spans thirteen blocks. The program centers on Pinot Noir and Grüner Veltliner. The Meredith Mitchell Vineyard Pinot Noir draws from a LIVE-certified site in the McMinnville AVA, planted to Pommard clone. The Estate Vineyard Grüner Veltliner is part of the portfolio. A Brut Rosé, made by traditional method on the Chehalem Mountain, spent four years en tirage. The tasting room opens daily from 10 am to 5 pm. Reservations are recommended, though walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
