John and Heather established Ramseyer Vineyards in Zillah in 2005, building the program around estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Vintage One is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc, aged 26 months in French oak. From 8 barrels, 185 cases were bottled on February 7, 2015, after 10 years of work toward that release. Vintage Two rounds the portfolio.
