Quinta do Fôjo is a seven-hectare family estate in the heart of the Douro Valley near Lamego, now managed by Elisabete who returned from Madrid and London to take over the property. The winery offers private wine tastings hosted personally by Elisabete, featuring Barderas Familia wines paired with regional food from their own kitchen and olive oil from their own trees. Visits begin in the vineyards and historic granite lagares before settling in the vineyard workers' kitchen for a tasting experience.
