Punchdown Cellars

About

Punchdown Cellars opened in Santa Rosa in 2001 as a custom crush facility built on a collective of winemakers sharing space, equipment, and expertise. The operation has grown to serve 40+ boutique producers, expanding its capacity to 75,000 cases per year by 2004. Recent upgrades in 2023 brought new destemer and press equipment alongside InnoVint's winemaking platform for work order entry and inventory tracking.
