Pollak Wolfgang sits in Unterretzbach, in Austria's Weinviertel, on land the family has tended since 1765, when Thomas Graf built a press house on the property. Wolfgang Pollak founded the winery in 1999 and converted to organic farming in 2008. The operation spans two hectares. His brother Gustav provides mechanical support in the vineyard. The house offers guest accommodations.
