This New Zealand boutique winery combines a vineyard, cellar door, and restaurant (Vines) in one spot, so you can taste their Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Sauvignon Blanc without leaving. They're serious about quality, hand-picking fruit and operating a fully equipped winery right there on their frost-free patch of the Waimate hills. There's also a B&B (Te Kiteroa Lodge) if you want to make a whole thing of it.
