About Poggio del Moro Boutique Organic Winery
Tanya built Poggio del Moro over seventeen years in Chianciano Terme, shaping 14 hectares across ten vineyard plots. Seven surround a small lake. Twelve hectares hold red varieties. Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Nero. Two hectares carry whites. Trebbiano Procanico, Grechetto, Malvasia Toscana. Vineyards are cultivated by hand. The work is entirely organic, fermented by yeasts native to the vineyards themselves. A tasting room and small shop are on the property.
