Four brothers planted the seeds back in 1979, and now their descendants (including Katherine Piña Capponi and husband David) are keeping it real from their Vaca mountain spot next to Silverado Trail, serving up straightforward tastings where the wine steals the show and walk-ins are actually welcome.
