About the winery

Peppin Ridge Estate was established in 1997 by Don Adams in Bonnie Doon, Victoria, inspired by the legacy of George Peppin's pursuit of premium quality. After Don's retirement in the mid-2000s, Dave acquired the property in 2015 and has revitalized the vineyard to produce premium cool-climate wines. The winery specializes in Shiraz and Merlot, with their inaugural 2018 harvest marking a successful return to winemaking.
