About Pecos Flavors
Pecos Flavors opened in Roswell in 2004 as the only winery in Chaves County. Paul, Cindy, and Josh Ragsdale tend two small vineyards and produce Cabernet, Syrah, and Tempranillo, anchored by the signature Compadres label. The operation extends beyond the cellar into a full restaurant and bar, a model that earned recognition as Best Place To Grab A Drink in 2024 from Chaves County Economic Development.
