Peccavi Estate Wines sits at the highest point of the Margaret River region, in Yallingup's sweet spot. Cool ocean breezes by day, warmer air from Geographe Bay by night, shape the vineyard's rhythm. Everything here is estate-grown. Harvest happens in the cool of night, grapes hand-sorted at a quarter tonne per hour into open-top fermenters. The Estate Merlot is hand-plunged every six hours for two weeks, then aged in French oak for up to two years. The No Regrets range carries the same commitment to estate fruit.
