The portfolio centers on Merlot, Sangiovese, and Cabernet Sauvignon, with notable releases including the 2016 PV Merlot from Candy Mountain and the 2015 PV Latecomer Blend, a 60/40 Sangiovese-Cabernet blend. Red wines spend 22 to 30 months in a mix of new and neutral French, Hungarian, and American oak. The tasting room operates by appointment only.
