We’ve created a selection of Cellar Door Experiences to suit every palate, including our popular tasting flight, complemented by delicious canapes from the award-winning Bush deVine Winery Restaurant. At Pauletts, we pour passion and love into every bottle as we carry on the proud family tradition of producing regional wines that showcase the elegance and intensity of the Clare Valley wine region. As a small-batch winery, our highly-awarded wines are a true expression of the full-bodied fruit from our vineyards. We had the pairing platters with the wine selections which we highly recommend. The excellent customer service we received, particularly from the blonde lady added to our overall experience. We have been before to Pauletts and will be back.
