Linda Donovan founded Pallet Wine Company in 2009 as Southern Oregon's first and busiest facility of its kind, turning grapes into finished bottles for over 25 clients across more than 30 wine brands. The work spans from crush through bottling, with more than 1000 wines made to date. The portfolio includes Vineyard Program, Virtual Winery, and Private Label programs.
