About Pallet Wine Company
Three blocks off Main Street in Medford, an urban winery built on custom crush. Linda Donovan founded Pallet Wine Company in 2009 as Southern Oregon's first and busiest facility of its kind, turning grapes into finished bottles for over 25 clients across more than 30 wine brands. The work spans from crush through bottling, with more than 1000 wines made to date. The portfolio includes Vineyard Program, Virtual Winery, and Private Label programs.

Allows individuals and corporations to create their own private label wine with reasonable minimum order quantities for hotels, retail, restaurants, gifts, and brand promotion.
