Paier

About

Paier has operated as a family business since 1847 in Mitterretzbach, in Austria's Weinviertel region. Theodor Paier senior and Theodor Paier junior lead the work across 20 hectares of vineyard on the slopes of Manhartsberge in the Retz wine region. The cellar ages wines in oak barrels. The house participates in the Lower Austrian State Wine Fair, Retz Wine Week, and Wine Guide competitions.
