About
Two centuries as a dairy farm in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. The name itself comes from the owner's grandmother, who chose it in the 1950s while registering cows. When the herd was sold in the early 2000s, the land found new purpose. Own Brook Winery arrived a couple of years ago, dedicated to Pennsylvania agriculture and sourcing high-quality local fruits. The Cabernet Franc carries bourbon barrel aging and a hint of toasted vanilla. The Chardonnay is rich, touched with vanilla and smoky bourbon character from the barrel. The portfolio spans Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Chambourcin, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Seyval Blanc, Riesling, Traminette, and Niagara. Grape growing on the family land is planned for the coming years.
