Debbie Keckler founded On Cloud Wine in Shreveport in 2009, building the program from five wines to over seventeen. The portfolio spans reds, whites, and sweet wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon and wine slushies. The tasting room opens Wednesday through Saturday without reservation required.
