About Olivera Wines
Olivera Wines works from Rosalina Vineyard, perched 180 feet above Westside Road on northern slopes west of the Wohler Bridge above the Russian River. The vineyard's Goldridge soil contains 18-22% clay and iron deposits. Native yeast fermentation and minimal intervention guide the cellar. Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc emerge from the same ground. The Pinot Blanc, roughly 50 cases annually from a half-acre parcel, is produced here. The Rosé of Pinot Noir draws 70% free run juice and 30% press fruit from Pommard vines.
