About Old Mill Vineyard, LLC
Ten acres in Metamora, Illinois, and the only vineyard and winery in Woodford County. Old Mill Vineyard was founded in 2005, with Kurt (who spent over 30 years in the green goods business) as winemaker and vineyard master. Wine production began in 2014. The program grows 10 varieties of cold climate American French hybrid grapes. The Bent Tree tasting room opened in October 2016, offering a small patio and grassy outdoor seating. Outside food is welcome. Outside alcohol is not.
