O'Neil Creek Winery

About

O'Neil Creek Winery, founded in 2009 in Bloomer, Wisconsin, operates from an orchard rather than a vineyard. Winemaker Joe Wynimko and co-owner Dorinda Wynimko produce 25 fruit and specialty wines. Elderberry, strawberry, cherry, blackberry, blueberry, cranberry, raspberry, rhubarb, and beet wines anchor the portfolio, alongside Strawberry Bliss, Passion, Pumpkin Spice, and Summer Delight. The tasting room offers complimentary and paid tastings, with outdoor seating on a patio. Farm fresh produce from the garden, including onions, radishes, lettuce, green beans, beets, tomatoes, carrots, snow peas, cucumbers, zucchini, kale, kohlrabi, and pumpkins, rounds out the offering. Products are available at multiple locations throughout Wisconsin, and the winery is a member of the Wisconsin Winery Association, Wine Industry Network, Wisconsin Grape Growers Association, Chippewa Falls Chamber of Commerce, and Wisconsin Winery Co-Op.
