NW Wine Company operates from Dundee as Oregon's largest independent grape grower, steward of over 1,200 acres of LIVE-certified vineyards across the Willamette Valley. Founded in 2003, the company manages estate vineyards spanning multiple AVAs, including Hyland Estates, a 185-acre site first planted in 1971 in the McMinnville AVA. The program produces Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Riesling. As the Willamette Valley's first premier custom winegrowing facility, NW Wine Company provides premium vineyard resources, custom crush winemaking, and scalable solutions. Food is available on-site.
