Leopold Nowak works the Thermenregion from Guntramsdorf, drawing from vineyard land on the Eichkogel hill with sandy loam soils and shell inclusions. The portfolio spans Rotgipfler, Zierfandler, Neuburger, Silvaner, Traminer, Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Since the 2020 harvest, all wines have been vegan. The work includes an Orange-Wein made without sulfur, and hybrid plant protection that shifts from conventional pesticides to organic-approved methods after flowering. Recent recognition includes Gold medals for the Zierfandler 2021 and Rotgipfler-Zierfandler 2021 at AWC Vienna, alongside five Silver medals. The Chardonnay 2021 and Spätrot-Rotgipfler 2021 rank among the 100 best wines of the Thermenregion 2022. The house operates a Buschenschank in Guntramsdorf and a Heuriger in Gramatneusiedl.
