Nix Cellars

About

Chris and Nicole Haisma established Nix Cellars in Paso Robles, operating from Tin City. Chris Haisma produces a program of Bordeaux and Rhône reds alongside Loire-inspired whites, drawing fruit from top vineyards and their own estate. Releases arrive twice yearly, in spring and fall. The wine club structures around those rhythms, offering allocations of 4, 6, or 12 bottles per release. Members receive 10% off wine and merchandise, complimentary tastings for two, and exclusive invitations to release parties and winemaker dinners.
