Nichols Winery & Cellars

About

Ellie Loustalot and Matt DeSilva lead the program at Nichols Winery & Cellars in Paso Robles. Three estate blocks sit nearly 700 feet up in the Corralitos region of the Santa Cruz Mountains, tended with sustainable and organic farming practices. The Chardonnay grows where apples flourished for nearly a century. Two expressions of Pinot Noir emerge from the vineyards. Brooks Block blends Pommard and Dijon clones. Three Sisters is 100% Dijon. The family has eleven generations on the Central Coast.
