New Last Bottle, Inc.

About

New Last Bottle operates from Sonoma, though the vineyard itself spans a few hundred acres atop Napa's hillsides, planted mostly to traditional Bordeaux grapes. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot form the portfolio. The winemaker trained alongside one of Spain's best winemakers and one of its greatest families, then worked at a first-growth Bordeaux house. The Mystery Red Blend 2017 from Spring Mountain District Napa Valley is nearly half Cabernet Sauvignon at 13.7% alcohol and received 96 points from James Suckling. There is no tasting room.
