About Nearwood Winery
Two miles south of Knoxville, Nearwood is a family-run winery working with cold-hardy grapes from their vineyard and local growers. Norton anchors the program. Storybook and Cuvee No. 5 both draw from estate-grown Norton, while Raceway Red nods to Knoxville's racing heritage and Red Rock takes its name from the geographical area around Lake Red Rock. The cellar also holds Chateau Nouveau, Speedway Sweet, a white with tropical fruit tones, and Zuckerwein.
