Mon-Thurs 12 PM to 5:30 PM, Fri-Sat 11 AM to 6 PM, Sun 11 AM to 5 PM. Bistro 1969, the lakeside restaurant, operates Mon-Thurs 11 AM to 7 PM, Fri-Sat 11 AM to 9 PM, Sun 9 AM to 6 PM. Happy hour runs Mon-Fri 3 PM to 6 PM. Saturdays bring salsa dancing from 12:30 to 4:30 PM with no cover charge. The winery offers three wine club options, each without membership or enrollment fees. The venue accommodates 75 to 600 guests for weddings and private events.
