Monte do Além is a 5.5-hectare organic winery located in the Algarve region of southern Portugal, founded in 2002 by Vinciane and Parviz. The estate cultivates local and traditional grape varieties on clay-limestone terrain with limited yields of approximately one bottle per vine, using manual harvesting and gravity-fed vinification in their 2009 winery.
