Mission produces seriously limited quantities of artisanal wines made in a minimal intervention style, unadulterated by chemicals and hand-crafted through every step of vinification. The wines are aged in neutral French oak barrels with minimal racking and no filtering. Located in Ribeira Sacra, Galicia, the winery focuses on natural wines of exceptional quality.
