Lesvos's first professional winery makes wines exclusively from the rare Chidiriotiko grape, grown on volcanic soil that gives them a distinctly earthy, mineraly character. They produce three entirely organic wines, red, white from red grapes, and a uniquely original orange wine, all following a fully natural process from vineyard to bottle.
